Shipping

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Orders are printed on demand at the fulfillment center closest to you, then shipped to your door.

How much is shipping?

Calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping is free on orders over $120 AUD. All prices on the store are in Australian dollars (AUD).

How long does it take?

Because every item is made to order, allow 2–7 business days for production, then standard carrier transit time on top. Domestic Australian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days total; international orders 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the checkout total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sizing

What fit are the garments?

Unisex classic fit, S through 5XL, on premium Gildan blanks. See the full size chart for laid-flat measurements in inches and cm.

I'm between sizes — what should I do?

Size up for a relaxed fit. The garments are true to the Gildan size chart, so measuring a shirt you already own against our chart is the most reliable guide.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each piece is printed on demand specifically for your order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect size choice. Please use the size chart before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

We stand behind every order. If your item arrives with a print defect, a manufacturing fault, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it — no charge, no hassle.

Products

How are the designs printed?

Designs are applied with a durable direct-to-garment / DTFlex process that sits into the fabric rather than on top of it. It won't crack or peel with normal wear and washing when you follow the care instructions.

What blanks do you use?

Tees are Gildan 5000 heavyweight (5.3 oz, 100% preshrunk cotton). Hoodies are Gildan 18500 and crewnecks are Gildan 18000 (both 8.0 oz Heavy Blend, 50/50 cotton-poly).

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify, which is PCI-DSS compliant, over an encrypted connection. 4DA never sees or stores your card details. See our privacy policy for how order data is handled.
